GlobalTrade.net is being "soft launched" in January 2010. It is operated by FITA Online with the support of the Federation of International Trade Associations, together with major international trade websites such as Export.gov (the official US government website for international trade), ThomasNet.com, Alibaba.com, Kompass.com.
Now Welcoming Charter Contributors
From January to March 2010 experts on thousands of topics and industries in specific countries are invited to feature their expertise by posting content related to their area of knowledge. Our partners will also populate the website with their international trade related content. Contributors will gain international recognition and potentially find business opportunities for themselves and their companies or institutions as they will receive requests for quotes from the website's users. Site launch in April 2010
The website will be officially launched in April 2010 with its content featured on the search result pages of major international trade websites such as Alibaba.com, Thomasnet.com, Kompass.com and more to come. Contributors' content posted on the site will have huge visibility in the international trade community, as these sites put together get more than 30 million visits per month.
