Allowable Deductions and Tax Credit

Special Expatriate Tax Regime
25% tax rate for the first 3 years in Denmark under specific conditions and for specific occupations.
Capital Tax Rate
1% of the value of the property up to DKK 3,040,000 and 3% on any value exceeding this amount.
