Safety Conditions

Denmark ranks as number four out of 60 countries in the most recent crime statistics of total crimes per capita.

Petty crime, such as purse and luggage snatching and pickpocketing, occurs usually at bigger train stations and airport in Copenhagen, and in other public areas, particularly in July and August. Car and home break-ins are also on the rise.
