The movement of goods within the EU is free.
To transport goods out of the EU, a customs clearance is required. The customs clearance office verifies the export declaration (it can be just a summary), potentially checks the goods and authorizes the collection of goods.
Necessary Declaration
The customs declaration must contain information on the origin of the goods, the customs duty and the customs value of the merchandise.
