James Chan stresses the importance of having confidence in your products and services when you sell American-made goods in China. In addition, it is important to ensure that your own salespeople, agents, and China representative have confidence in your products and services too. Unless your own salespeople in China have confidence in what you sell, and that they will have a bright career future in doing so, they won't sell with passion and commitment.
