The Czech Republic has implemented all but the below mentioned EU regulations regarding required export certifications. For information on EU export certifications, please see GAIN report no. E60015, EU-27 FAIRS Export Certificate Report, released March 23, 2011. Section I. List of All Export Certificates Required By Government (Matrix) : I. Czech Republic Specific Required Export Certification The Czech Republic requires certification of the follow animals/insects by the exporting country. Product(s) Title of Attestation Purpose Requesting Certificate Required on Ministry Certificate Vivarium animals Certificates for import into the Czech Republic will be State Veterinary Invertebrates issued individually upon request of the importer by the Administration Rodents State Veterinary Administration (see contacts). Note: (Ministry of Insectivores these certificates are not harmonized with EU Agriculture) Carn certificates. ivores / Predators (carnivora) Marsupials Chiropteran Pet birds Import requires authorization from the State Veterinary Administration (in addition to an EU harmonized certificate) ? applies until June 30th 2012 II.
