This is the procurement plan for World Bank project no. P106172, National Electricity & Gas Improvement Project.

The development objectives of the Electricity and Gas Improvement Project for Nigeria are to: (i) improve the availability and reliability of gas supply to increase power generation in existing public sector power plants; and (ii) improve the power network's capacity and efficiency to transmit and distribute quality electricity to the consumers.

Trade Mission to Nigeria

The U.S. Commercial Service is organizing an official Trade Mission to Nigeria for March 2-8, 2011. The mission will introduce delegates to Nigerian business and government leaders, giving them an opportunity to locate partners, prospective clients, and gain the kind of understanding needed for success in the second largest market in Sub-Saharan Africa.
