-You are aware that the content you read on the site was posted by fellow users and may not have been reviewed or edited by GlobalTrade.net.
-You are aware that we have the right to moderate, edit and remove your contributions, and to remove your account or block your access to the website as we may deem necessary.

1. Definitions and Functionalities of GlobalTrade.net
1.1 Terms and concepts used to describe content in the "Knowledge Resources"
Category lists are defined by GlobalTrade. There are three Category lists: Countries, Industries and Topics. Industries, for example, are: Cosmetics, Automobile, Wine, etc. Topic: Non industry specific themes are ones which can be described for a particulare country, such as: Tax Issues, Travel Info, Customs Regulations
Miniportals are the first levels of navigation within a Category. A Miniportal is a page with some content, but mainly used to navigate further. There are "Country Miniportals" (e.g. the Miniportal for Romania), "Topic Miniportals" (e;g. the Miniportal for Tax Issues), "Industry Miniportals" (the Miniportal for Cosmetics)
Folder Miniportals lead to folders. Folders address an issue built as the intersection between a country and an industry (e.g. Cosmetics In China) or between a country and an industry (e.g. Custom duties in China). Users can upload their content into the relevant folders. Daughter Folders: A folder one level below in the classification. Example: "Shampoo in China" is a daughter folder of "Cosmetics in China"
Content Folders lead to content. Content can be anything you view on or post in this website, and may include but is not limited to articles, videos, PPT, PDF, RSS feeds, events, questions, answers, profile descriptions, photos, newsletters, etc. Every piece of content is related to a Folder.
1.2 Terms and concepts used to describe the directory of trade services
Directory listing pages: this term refers to all pages of results that can be obtained after a search in the directory.
Company Profile: Each company listed in the directory listing pages has a company profile, which is public. The company profile can be edited or removed by Globaltrade.net if deemed necessary.
Business Card: the Business Card of a company is the short description presenting the company in the directory listing pages. A premium member has an Extended Business Card.
Services: all services are defined by Globaltrade.net. They are classified by industry and by sub-sectors of industry.
1.3 Terms and concepts used to describe users
User: a User is anyone using any of the contents and services of the website.
Service Provider: a company that offers Import or Export Services and who is listed in our Directory of Trade Services. Service Providers list their services and select one of these to be their main service. Service Providers are listed in the Service Listing Pages for each of their Services that have been approved by the Globaltrade.net team. Each Service provider has a Company Profile and appears on the Directory Listing Pages with a personalized Business Card. Service providers can be Free Members or Premium Members. Service Providers can also create and post content; and receive permanent visibility next to their article with a logo of the company who has "originally created the article."
Importer / Exporter: a user of the website who created an account to contact service providers.
Premium member: A premium member is a paying service provider account. It permits the service provider to be better ranked than basic members in the directory. For users, it offers the insurance that the company profile has been verified and approved by the Globaltrade.net team. Depending on the number of services for which they want to appear in the top3 results, Premium Members might go for SILVER MEMBERSHIP of GOLD MEMBERSHIP:
-SILVER MEMBERSHIP costs 300$/year for one service (or 600$/y for 2 services, 900$/y for 3 services, 1200$/y for 4 services, etc.)
-GOLD MEMBERSHIP costs 900$/year for up to 10 services.
Gold membership is ideal for companies who want to be premium listed for 3 categories or more.
Visitor: Someone who visits the website without creating a Profile. Visitors may only read and not post Content or contact any service provider.
Account: 2 kinds of accounts exist; the one of the Service provider, which can be a basic account or a premium account (silver or gold) and the one of the Importer / Exporter.
1.4 Terms and concepts used to describe the actions taking place in the Site
Direct message: Any logged-in user can send a direct message to service providers. When sending a direct message, users can choose to send their request to other similar companies. Globaltrade.net team encourages all service providers to respond to all requests, but the GlobalTrade.net shall in no case be held responsible for the lack of response. A direct message can be sent from all the directory listing pages via the contact list or directly by clicking on the "Contact now" button.
Request for Assistance: a "Request for Assistance"(RFA) consists in describing an assignment in order to get offers from relevant service providers. The RFAs are sent via the "We find for you" section.
Business Leads: service providers receive Business Leads. A Business Lead can be a request from a direct message or a request from the Globaltrade.net team sent to the service provider after having received a RFA.
Alerts: emails sent to Users informing them of events on the website.
Profile claim: some companies are automatically generated in the directory by the Globaltrade.net team. The visitor who represents a company listed in the directory but not activated by the company can Claim his profile. This can be done by contacting the Globaltrade.net team to request access to their profile.
Newsletter: visitors can subscribe to receive the GlobalTrade newsletter, and it is also possible to subscribe to receive informative e-mails from Globaltrade 3rd parties. Is some newsletters, users have the possibility to click on the "Submit offer" button which will send their request to all concerned service providers.
Recommandations: Importers and Exporters can post Recommendations on the Company Profile pages of the service providers
General conditions of use of the service
By using GlobalTrade.net ("The Site" or "Site"), each User indicates consent to these Terms and Conditions ("Terms").
GlobalTrade may modify, alter or update these Terms at any time without prior notice, and such modifications shall be effective immediately upon posting of the modified Terms to the Site unless provided otherwise. Any subsequent use of the Site shall constitute such User's consent to the modification, alteration or update. GlobalTrade further reserves the right at any time and from time to time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Site (or any part thereof), and shall not be liable to any User or other third party for any such modification, suspension, or discontinuance except as may be expressly provided herein.
2. NO UNLAWFUL OR PROHIBITED USE
This Site is provided solely as a convenience to you. By using the Site, you warrant to GlobalTrade that you will not use the Site, or any of the Content obtained from the Site, for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these Terms.
Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, you agree not to:
1. transmit through the Site any unlawful, harassing, libelous, abusive, tortious, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, invasive of another's privacy, hateful, or racially, ethnically or otherwise objectionable, threatening, or harmful material of any kind or nature; or material that encourages conduct that could constitute a criminal offense, give rise to civil liability or otherwise violate any applicable local, state, national or international law or regulation;
2. impersonate any person or entity, including, but not limited to, a GlobalTrade official, user, expert, or falsely state or otherwise misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity;
3. upload, post or otherwise transmit any Content that you do not have a right to transmit under any law or under contractual or fiduciary relationships, such as inside information, proprietary and confidential information learned or disclosed as part of employment relationships or under confidentiality agreements;
4. upload, post or otherwise transmit any Content that infringes any patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright or other proprietary rights of any party;
5. upload, post or otherwise transmit any material that contains software viruses or any other computer code, files or programs designed to interrupt, destroy or limit the functionality of any computer software or hardware or telecommunications equipment;
6. interfere with, attempt to gain unauthorized access to, or disrupt the Site or computer systems hosting the Site;
7. violate any applicable local, state, national or international law;
8. "stalk" or otherwise harass another;
9. collect or store personal data about other users;
10. promote or provide instructional information about illegal activities, promote physical harm or injury against any group or individual, or promote any act of cruelty to animals; and
11. interfere with another User's use and enjoyment of the Site.
If you violate any of these Terms, your permission to use the Site automatically terminates.
3. DESCRIPTION OF THE SERVICES OFFERED BY GLOBALTRADE.net
The Site is provided as a means for allowing Uers to read, receive and disseminate international trade information, questions, answers, Profiles, recommendations relating to same (the "Purpose"). The Articles, Contributions, news, Questions, Answers, commentary and other Content provided by Users represent strictly the views of those Users and in no way does GlobalTrade endorse, agree with or warrant such views for reliance by Users or third parties. GlobalTrade reserves the right but shall not be obligated to monitor and/or edit Content posted by Users to the Site and, as such, does not guarantee the accuracy, integrity or quality of such Content.
4. SITE REGISTRATION OBLIGATIONS
Visitors may be required to establish a Profile to access certain features of the Site.
In such cases, when establishing a Profile the Visitor must:
(1) personally provide true, accurate, current and complete information on the Site's registration form (collectively, the "Account Data")
(2) maintain and promptly update the Account Data as necessary to keep it true, accurate, current and complete.
Upon completing the Site registration process a User will receive passwords and Account designations. Such User is wholly and solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality thereof and wholly and solely liable for all activities occurring there under.
GlobalTrade cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from a User's failure to comply with this Section
5. CONTENT RESPONSIBILITY
All information, data, text, software, audio/video content (including sound, graphics, and still or moving images, etc.), or any other materials whatsoever (collectively, "Content"), whether publicly posted or privately transmitted, is the sole responsibility of the person from whom such Content originated. This means that the User, and not GlobalTrade, is entirely responsible for all Content that he or she uploads, posts, emails or otherwise transmits via the Site. No User shall transmit Content or otherwise conduct or participate in any activities on the Site that, in the judgment of GlobalTrade, is likely to be prohibited by law in any applicable jurisdiction, including laws governing the encryption of software, the export of technology, the transmission of obscene material, or the permissible uses of intellectual property.
Users may enter into correspondence with or participate in promotions of the advertisers showing their products or describing their services on the Site. Any such correspondence or promotions, including the delivery of and the payment for goods and services, and any other terms, conditions, warranties or representations associated with such correspondence or promotions, are solely between the corresponding User and the advertiser. GlobalTrade assumes no liability, obligation or responsibility for any part of any such correspondence or promotion.
GlobalTrade reserves the right to refuse, modify or delete any Content, including but not limited to Content of which it becomes aware and deems, in its sole discretion, that does not fulfill the Purpose of the website or that violates the Terms or may be otherwise illegal.
Under no circumstances will GlobalTrade be liable in any way for any Content, including, but not limited to, liability for any errors or omissions in any Content, or for any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of the use of any Content posted to, or emailed or otherwise transmitted via the Site.
6. LICENSING AND TERMS APPLYING TO CONTENT POSTED ON THE SITE
When Posting Content, the submitting User retains ownership of his Content and, in exchange for being permitted to use the Site and benefit of the services offered through the Site, grants to GlobalTrade a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable license to publish such Content or abstracts therefrom with links to full content in the Site and at times in GlobalTrade.net partners' websites, let other Users print, view, perfom it in their web browser while accessing the Site for their personal use, and/or to incorporate it in other services related to the Site in any form, media, or technology now known or later developed such as Apps, RSS feeds, etc.
Subsequently GlobalTrade hereby sublicenses to Users and other third parties the right to print, view, and perform such Content and Site Material solely within a Web browser while accessing the Site for their personal use.
7. NO RESALE OF SERVICE
You agree not to sell, resell, or offer for any commercial purposes, any portion of the Site, use of the Site, other users' Content, Site Material or access to the Site without the express written consent of GlobalTrade.
8. GENERAL PRACTICES REGARDING USE AND STORAGE
GlobalTrade may establish general practices and limits concerning use of the Site. GlobalTrade has no responsibility or liability for the deletion or failure to store any messages or other communications or other Content maintained or transmitted by the Site and reserves the right to mark as "inactive" and archive or delete accounts and/or Content that are inactive for an extended period of time.
9. TERMINATION OF USER ACCOUNT AND ACCESS
GlobalTrade retains the right, at its sole discretion, to determine whether or not a User's conduct is consistent with these Terms and may terminate said User's account and access to the Site if that User's conduct is found to be inconsistent with same or for any other reason.
GlobalTrade's termination of any User's access to the Site may be effected without notice and, on such termination, GlobalTrade may immediately deactivate or delete said User's account and/or bar any further access to such files. GlobalTrade shall not be liable to any User or other third party for any termination of that User's access or account hereunder. In addition, a User's request for termination will result in deactivation but not necessarily deletion of the account. GlobalTrade reserves the right to delete, or not delete, a User's account at GlobalTrade's sole discretion, as well as to delete, or not delete, Content at GlobalTrade's sole discretion.
GlobalTrade and/or the Site or a third party may provide links to other websites. GlobalTrade exercises no control whatsoever over such other websites and web-based resources and is not responsible or liable for the availability thereof or the Content, advertising, products or other materials thereon. GlobalTrade shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss incurred or suffered by any User in connection therewith. Your access and use of linked websites, including information, material, products and services therein, is solely at your own risk.
The Site's Privacy Statement is applicable only when you are visiting the Site. Once you choose to access another website, you should read that website's privacy statement before disclosing any personal information.
11. INDEMNITY; DISCLAIMER; LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY
You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless GlobalTrade, its affiliates and their respective officers, employees and agents, and each of GlobalTrade's website partners, from any and all claims, demands, damages, costs, and liabilities including reasonable attorneys' fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your acts or omissions, including claims arising out of your use of the Site, your submission, posting or transmission of Content or your violation of the Terms.
EACH USER'S USE OF THE SITE IS AT HIS OR HER SOLE RISK. THE SITE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS AND GLOBALTRADE ASSUMES NO RESPONSIBILITY FOR THE TIMELINESS, DELETION, MIS-DELIVERY OR FAILURE TO STORE ANY USER COMMUNICATIONS OR PERSONALIZATION SETTINGS. USER UNDERSTANDS AND AGREES THAT ANY MATERIAL AND/OR DATA DOWNLOADED OR OTHERWISE OBTAINED THROUGH THE USE OF THE SERVICE IS DONE AT USER'S OWN DISCRETION AND RISK AND THAT EACH USER WILL BE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DAMAGE TO HIS OR HER COMPUTER SYSTEM OR LOSS OF DATA THAT RESULTS FROM THE DOWNLOAD OF ANY SUCH MATERIAL.
GLOBALTRADE EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. SPECIFICALLY, GLOBALTRADE MAKES NO WARRANTY THAT:
(i) THE SITE OR ANY SERVICE THEREON WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS,
(ii) ANY USER ACCESS WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY, SECURE OR ERROR-FREE,
(iii) THE QUALITY OF ANY CONTENT, PRODUCTS, SERVICES, INFORMATION OR OTHER MATERIAL OBTAINED BY ANY USER WILL MEET HIS OR HER EXPECTATIONS, AND
(iv) ANY ERRORS IN THE SOFTWARE WILL BE CORRECTED. GLOBALTRADE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, GOODWILL, USE, DATA OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES (EVEN IF GLOBALTRADE HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES), RESULTING FROM ANY USER'S USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE SITE OR SERVICES THEREON; THE COST OF PROCUREMENT OF SUBSTITUTE SERVICES; RESULTING FROM ANY GOODS OR SERVICES PURCHASE OR OBTAINED OR MESSAGES RECEIVED OR TRANSACTIONS ENTERED INTO THROUGH THE SITE, UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS TO OR ALTERATION OF YOUR TRANSMISSIONS OR DATA; STATEMENTS OR CONDUCT OF ANY THIRD PARTY ON THE SITE; OR ANY OTHER MATTER RELATING TO THE SITE. IN NO EVENT SHALL GLOBALTRADE'S TOTAL CUMULATIVE LIABILITY TO ANY USER OR OTHER PARTY UNDER THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OR OTHERWISE EXCEED $100.00.
NO ADVICE OR INFORMATION, WHETHER ORAL OR WRITTEN, OBTAINED BY ANY USER FROM OR THROUGH THE SITE SHALL CREATE ANY WARRANTY NOT EXPRESSLY MADE HEREIN. MOREOVER NOTHING HEREIN SHALL BE DEEMED TO CREATE AN AGENCY, PARTNERSHIP, JOINT VENTURE, EMPLOYEE-EMPLOYER OR FRANCHISOR-FRANCHISEE RELATIONSHIP OF ANY KIND BETWEEN GLOBALTRADE AND ANY USER OR OTHER PERSON OR ENTITY NOR DO THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS EXTEND RIGHTS TO ANY THIRD PARTY. AS NOTED ABOVE, GLOBALTRADE DOES NOT AND CANNOT CONTROL THE ACTIONS OF SITE USERS, VISITORS OR LINKED THIRD PARTIES. GLOBALTRADE RESERVES THE RIGHT TO REPORT ANY MALFEASANCE THAT COMES TO ITS ATTENTION TO THE APPROPRIATE AUTHORITIES. GLOBALTRADE DOES NOT GUARANTEE CONTINUOUS UNINTERRUPTED OR SECURE ACCESS TO THE SITE. OPERATION OF THE SITE MAY BE SUBJECT TO INTERFERENCE FROM NUMEROUS FACTORS OUTSIDE GLOBALTRADE's CONTROL. FURTHER, SCHEDULED AND PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE AS WELL AS REQUIRED AND EMERGENCY MAINTENANCE WORK MAY TEMPORARILY INTERRUPT SERVICES OR ACCESS TO THE SITE.
THE FOREGOING DISCLAIMERS OF WARRANTY AND LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY APPLY, WITHOUT LIMITATION, TO ANY DAMAGES OR INJURY CAUSED BY THE FAILURE OF PERFORMANCE, ERROR, OMISSION, INTERRUPTION, DELETION, DEFECT, DELAY IN OPERATION OR TRANSMISSION, COMPUTER VIRUS, COMMUNICATION LINE FAILURE, THEFT OR DESTRUCTION OR UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS TO, ALTERATION OF OR USE OF ANY ASSET, WHETHER ARISING OUT OF BREACH OF CONTRACT, TORTIOUS BEHAVIOR, NEGLIGENCE OR ANY OTHER COURSE OF ACTION BY GLOBALTRADE.
SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OF CERTAIN WARRANTIES OR THE LIMITATION OR EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. ACCORDINGLY, SOME OF THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
12. TRADEMARK INFORMATION
GlobalTrade.net the GlobalTrade logo and other GlobalTrade trademarks, service marks, and product and service names are trademarks in the United States and in other countries and may not be used by any third parties without the express written consent of GlobalTrade.Â
GlobalTrade responds promptly to claims of intellectual property misuse. If you believe that your work has been copied and is accessible on the Site in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, you may notify GlobalTrade by providing our copyright agent with the following information in writing
1. the electronic or physical signature of the owner of the copyright or the person authorized to act on the owner's behalf;
2. identification of the copyrighted work that you claim has been infringed;
3. identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing and information reasonably sufficient to permit GlobalTrade to locate the material, including the full URL.
4. your name, address, telephone number, and email address.
5. a statement by you that you have a good faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law;
6. a statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the above information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or are authorized to act on the copyright owner's behalf.
If GlobalTrade receives such a claim, GlobalTrade reserves the right to refuse or delete Content as described under Section 5 hereto, or to terminate a user's account in accordance with Section 9.
Our designated agent to receive notification of claimed infringement under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act OF 1998 ("DMCA") is reachable at: email@example.com
After receiving a claim of infringement, GlobalTrade will investigate and take appropriate actions as required under the DMCA and other applicable intellectual property laws.
14. GENERAL INFORMATION
The Terms and the relationship between each User and GlobalTrade shall be governed by the laws of the State of New York, United States of America without regard to its conflict of law provisions and each party agrees to submit to the personal and exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located within the county of New York, state of New York. If any provision of the Terms is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, the parties nevertheless agree that the court should endeavor to give effect to the parties' intentions as reflected in the provision, and the other provisions of the Terms remain in full force and effect. Should a User object to any Terms or any subsequent modifications thereto or become dissatisfied with the Site in any way, the User's only recourse is to immediately discontinue use of the Site. GlobalTrade 's failure to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision unless acknowledged and agreed to by GlobalTrade in writing. Each User and GlobalTrade agree that any cause of action arising out of or related to use of the Site must commence within one (1) year after the cause of action arose; otherwise, such cause of action is permanently barred. The section titles in the Terms are solely used for the convenience of the parties and have no legal or contractual significance.

Conditions of Premium Service
(Silver & Gold Membership)
These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter "General Terms and Conditions" or "Terms") govern the relationship between:
GlobalTrade.net SAS, the company, doing business as FITA Online, 240 rue de Rivoli 75001 Paris | FRANCE, operating the www.globaltrade.net website
On the one hand,
The user of the website referenced in the domain www.globaltrade.net within the meaning of the Terms & Conditions of that site, who agreed to pay one of the features offered by GTN in the manner set forth below,
Hereinafter referred to individually or collectively "User" or "Users", "service provider" or "Service providers"
The company uses available technology, including a computer or mobile device, and allows service providers to create and publish, with certain conditions, on their Company profiles especially to find professional opportunities directly related to their activities.
The user is registered on the Site and, as such, has accepted the Terms and Conditions of that site, which already form a contract between GTN and the user and give him access to the conditions specified , such as free features of the site.
The Member has also chosen to subscribe to one or more optional features of GTN, and thus accepts these Terms and Conditions related to the issue of the subscription (hereinafter referred to as "The Subscription ").
By acquiring a premium membership subscription, the Subscriber becomes aware of these Terms and Conditions and agrees to comply without reservation.
These Terms and Conditions constitute a Contract Document for www.globaltrade.net and are an integral part of the Agreement between the Member and GTN.
If the user refuses to comply with any of the obligations and conditions contained in these Conditions of Sale, he was invited to disagree with the Subscription.
Article 1 - Membership Subscription
The subscriber who wishes to purchase a subscription is first registered as a member of GTN and have read and unreservedly accepted the Terms and Conditions of the Site.
To purchase a Subscription, the service provider (subscriber) must visit the GTN site and click on the "Premium Membership" section or access it directly from their dashboard.
The subscriber completes the subscription form provided for this purpose, available online. By completing the Subscription Form, the Subscriber confirms to having read these Terms and Conditions and agrees to adhere unconditionally.
Article 2 - Description of the Premium Membership Subscription
The Premium Subscription provides the opportunity to enjoy the functionality described in detail in the "Premium Membership" section
Article 3 - Duration and modification of the Premium Subscription
The Subscriber has purchased a Premium Subscription, and is now committed for the duration specified in the Subscription Form corresponding to the date of its acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
At the end of the initial term of the subscription, it is automatically renewed for the term of the initial Premium Subscription, unless otherwise agreed by the Subscriber manifested by following the steps described below.
The subscriber has the option to cancel the automatic renewal at any time for his Premium Subscription by following the procedure described below.
If payment was made by credit card, the Subscriber shall:
1. Login to the site and log in to his account;
2. Click on the tab with the name "Welcome+name", then click the "Market your Services" section. Subscriber must then click on the "Premium Membership" section.
3. Click the "Cancel" link;
4. Enter the password to enable the cancellation of the tacit agreement.
If Subscriber paid via PayPal, you must follow the following procedure for termination and shall:
1. Login to the site and log in to his account;
2. Click on the tab indicating its name, then click the "Market your Services" section. Subscriber must then click on the "Premium Membership" section.
3. Click the "Cancel" link at the bottom of the page;
4. This will lead on the Subscriber's PayPal account;
5. In his PayPal account, click on "My Account" then "History" at the top of the page;
6. Show "All Activities";
7. Find the payment order GlobalTrade.net SAS and click on the blue link "Details";
8. At the bottom of the page, click on the "Cancel Subscription" button;
9. Click again on "Cancel Subscription" to confirm;
10. The Subscriber will see an entry "Subscription interrupted" in its PayPal business.
If the Subscriber does not see a tab "Click to stop" or "Cancel" in his account, it means that the Premium subscription will not be renewed.
The request to cancel the automatic renewal of a Premium subscription will be considered and effective on the anniversary date of the Agreement, defined as the date of expiry of the term specified in the Registration Form, if it is received by GTN later than forty-eight hours before the anniversary date. Otherwise, the contract will be automatically renewed for a term equal to the previous term.
Article 4 - Prices, billing conditions and delay or failure to settle
4.1. - Price and payment of the PREMIUM Subscription
To purchase a Premium Subscription, the Subscriber must follow the steps in the subscription process offered on the Site. The cost of subscription and payment methods are listed in the Subscription Form available online.
When tacit agreement, the levy on bank account or PayPal account subscriber is made directly at the anniversary date of the subscription.
4.2. - Billing
Premium Subscriptions are charged at the time of subscription to the Premium Membership. Invoices are sent by email directly to the customer (at the email informed during registration address).
4.3. - Delay or default
Any delay or failure to pay the subscription will result in sending the Subscriber a notification by e-mail, indicating that it has a period of eight (8) days to rectify the situation. During this period, access to the features corresponding to the subscription will be suspended. A lack of payment of all sums due in this period will result in the contract being automatically terminated by GTN.
Article 5 - Cancellation & Refund Policy
5.1 - Cancellation policy
GlobalTrade.net is a services oriented business and due to the nature of the Premium Membership subscription we do not offer refunds or money back after 7 days from the commencement of services. You have the right to cancel your subscription within 7 days of purchase by the form of a written request to our team at email@example.com. Be sure to include your full name, company name, email address associated with your profile and the service you want cancelled. Include "CANCEL ORDER" in the subject line.

5.2. Refund Policy
GlobalTrade.net will guarantee the full refund of services within 30 days of cancelation request.
If you don't want to continue using any of GlobalTrade.net Inc. services and wish to cancel or have any questions, comments or concerns about our refund and cancellation policy, you may contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Be sure to include your full name, company name, email address associated with your profile and the service you want cancelled. Include "CANCEL ORDER" in the subject line. *All refunds and cancellation requests must be made in writing. Your request will not be considered valid unless and until you receive confirmation from our billing department. The confirmation email or number given by the billing department of GlobalTrade.net will act as a proof of the cancellation of service.
